Meet the Team
Villa Karo is privately owned by British family Mel , Kev , Dan, & Judi.
Mel & Kev live in Jávea and personally manage and maintain the property to the highest standard. They are always on hand to provide you with up to date, local information and to support you throughout your stay.
As a family we have rented many holiday villas over the last 25 years. We've been delighted by a few and disappointed by a few more. Our aim with Villa Karo is to provide a holiday villa that we would like to stay in ourselves - one that has the Wow! factor and offers the facilities that we would expect from a luxury villa holiday home.
Why Villa Karo?
Tranquil and private, yet within a 5-minute drive to all that Javea has to offer, Villa Karo is ideally situated for all holidays. Offering quality furnishings and your very own private, crystal clear pool, (heated during the cooler months) complete with evening mood lighting, you may find you won't want to venture too far afield.
The large covered terrace with stunning views to the famous 'sleeping elephant'
of the Montgo is a fabulous setting for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the
fabulous views & sunsets.
Local supermarkets will deliver an online order direct to Villa Karo for you. Several restaurants provide a take-away service with a few (e.g. Chinese, Indian, pizza) offering home delivery.
Taxis are readily available all year round but, If you don’t want to venture too far, there are 3 restaurants and 1 bar within easy walking distance. Come and enjoy a real 'home from home' in a truly beautiful setting on Spain's northern Costa Blanca.

Villa Karo is securely fenced & gated and is fitted with one of the latest digital security alarm systems. We offer free payment protection to all of our customers using the highly-acclaimed (British equivalent of HomeAway) SimplyOwners.net.
Our villa is fully licensed for short term holidays by the Valencian Tourist Board (license number VT-469246-A). We are legally obliged to record visitors' personal details (name, DOB, passport no.) but you can rest assured that these are stored securely on our database for the duration of your booking and shared securely with the local authorities in Valencia for safety reasons only.

Villa Karo is a modern, bright 3-bedroom luxury villa for holiday rental. It is located in a peaceful area of Javea and only a few minutes drive from the beaches and all amenities.
Situated on a corner plot, it is securely gated and fenced and is fully equipped with security shutters, free Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning and luxury furnishings.
