Maintainance works 2024/2025
During winter 2024/2025 we are having essential maintenance works carried out at the villa. The swimming pool is a main concern and is unlikely to be unavailable in January for the last 3 weeks (we are waiting for confirmation from the pool company of exact dates and will remove from the availability calendar as soon as we have confirmation). Other works we will fit in between guests
New Restaurant Opening Soon

A new restaurant will be opening in the local area on the site of the old Javea Green Bowls Club. A full refurbishment has been under way for the last few months and the opening of the restaurant which will be called Flo should be in the next week or so.

Rossini has opened in place of Aguila (down the road from the Villa)
We have finally tried it and can recommend the food and the service (Even though it was very busy the night we visited).
